You are invited! The class of 2019 will be honored at their graduation ceremony on Thursday, May 23, at 10:00 AM in the church sanctuary. Please join us as we celebrate them!

Check Your Account! Please check your ParentsWeb account for any outstanding charges. Final grades will be held for balances greater than 30 days old or more than $100 as of the final day of school.

Milk Jugs Needed: Our older students will be taking their annual Water Walks in the next few weeks, and we need empty, rinsed, one-gallon milk jugs, with caps. Please bring them to Pastor Sullivan’s classroom if you have any empty ones. Thanks!

School Supplies: This coming year Covenant is going to try something different with school supplies. Hopefully, this new option will allow for more savings and flexibility when ordering your child’s supplies. It is a web-based system that will allow you to price check your list across several vendors including Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc and to be shipped directly to your house. Another fantastic benefit is that your child’s teacher will be able to create wish lists for their classroom for those families wanting to contribute something extra!! Stay tuned for more information….

We need you!
Our field day teams are gearing up to compete and we need YOU to give our kids a fun, organized, memorable day. We cannot do this event without parent support across all grades of our school and how amazing to finish the year by coming together. We have been dialing in our beloved Covenant Field Day over the past five years and feel confident that you will be supported as you volunteer for us. In whatever role you decide to fill (administrative, logical, athletic, creative, etc.) we have a place for you! Each job will get a detailed email the week of field day further explaining your role and how to approach the job you’ve signed up for. We cannot wait to share this day with you all!

Mills Uniform Plaid Update

Mills Uniform has received the new red plaid skirts/skorts in our original color and will be having a sale starting June 8th. In an effort to swing back to the original Covenant red plaid, Mills is offering a $10 gift card (via the school office) for every brighter red plaid garment turned in at the school. If your child will still be using her brighter plaid garment in the Fall, that’s fine, but please be aware that the bright plaids won’t be accepted or sold at the summer consignment sale and will not be offered in the future at Mills. Once your child outgrows her brighter plaid, please retire it to the school office and we’ll dispense a $10 Mills gift card for use at their store. You may use these in the store during their June sale and as many as you like can be used together. You may also turn in your skirts at the July consignment sale for a gift card. Please contact the office with any questions and thank you for your cooperation!

Mills Uniform Plaid Update

The Uniform Sale is coming up on Thursday, July 11 from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. We are now accepting clean, used uniform pieces at the circle desk to sell. You can continue to drop off donated clothing during the summer at the school office.  All items will sell for $2.00.

Handwriting Boot Camp: What better way to get ready for school than with a handwriting camp? SPROUT’s Handwriting Bootcamp combines occupational therapy and multi-sensory activities to help your child improve his or her handwriting. Sessions are offered for PreK—4th grade. Students will be placed into small groups with a maximum of 5 per group. Camp Fee: $250 (includes supplies). Camp sessions will be led by Tracey Levy, OTD, OTR/L. Email Tracey to register.
