We are currently at 40% parent participation as a school. Will you partner with us to help make Covenant the best it can be? The first grade to reach 100% parent participation will win a pizza and popsicle party, so help your child’s grade win by donating today!
TCS Service Project: Homeless Care Kits
PreK—6 students will be collecting items that Student Council members will assemble into care kits. These kits will be given to each TCS family and can be placed in your car so that you may distribute to a needy individual you might see while traveling around the city. Our hope is for all items to be at school by Friday, April 18. To estimate our need, we are hoping to assemble 140 kits, so take your class’ enrollment and divide it into 140. That number represents the quantity of the item listed by your child’s grade level that we are hoping you could contribute. Each care kit will have some helpful literature on local resources, along with Scripture, and a prayer. This is becoming a tradition each spring at The Covenant School for our families!
PreK: Small boxes of Band-Aids
Kindergarten: Boxes of snack-sized chips
1st Grade: Packs of tube socks
2nd Grade: Packs of hand wipes
3rd Grade: Lip balms (inexpensive, preferably with sunscreen)
4th Grade: Fruit cups
5th Grade: Mint packs/gum packs/cough drop packs
6th Grade: Boxes of heavy-duty gallon-sized Ziploc bags
Field Day T-Shirt Orders
We need all t-shirt orders in by April 10, so please go online and purchase the shirts you need ASAP.
You are more than welcome to purchase a Field Day t-shirt for your little one, but it is not mandatory. Field Day looks a little different for our younger students, but adding a new amazing t-shirt to your Covenant collection is never a bad idea!
