All Covenant School parents are automatically members of the Parents Association.

About the Parents Association

The Covenant School Parents Association is an organization of service and support for our school and our school families. The Covenant School community is strengthened and enriched through the involvement of our parents, grandparents and friends. There are many ways to volunteer and be involved, whether through praying alongside one another, giving of our time and talents, or even through contributing to the school financially. Through these means, we hope to fulfill our purpose as a Parents Association as we work to support the mission of The Covenant School. We are always interested in the feedback and ideas of our parents, grandparents and friends to help us grow and support the culture of our families.

Room Mom

Contact Head Room Mom, Courtney Saale
We need moms willing to serve our classrooms during the school year. Each classroom will have one “traditional” room mom that works directly with the teacher to plan classroom activities, field trips, etc. and one “social” coordinator to plan class parties and other opportunities for community building within the class/grade for both students and parents. Fill out this form if you’re interested in finding out more about being a Room Mom.

Annual Back to School Picnic

Our annual school-wide picnic is sponsored by and in honor of our rising 6th-grade class. The picnic will be in the Fellowship Hall, with the patio and playground available, as well. Join us Sunday, August 14, 2016, from 4:30-6:30pm, as we eat great food (that we didn’t have to cook!) and enjoy the company of other TCS families. We will serve Corky’s BBQ, drinks and dessert. Cost is $6/each with a $24/family maximum.

Winter Uniform Consignment Sale

The PA will be hosting a first-ever Winter Consignment Sale January 26th and 27th to help take care of those needs! If you want to donate your items to the PA, there will be a box at the circle desk. Additional sale details and consignor instructions can be found here.

Facility Request Form

Facility Requests should be filled out as soon as you know about your event and at least one month prior to the event. The Facilities Team meets each Tuesday to review the requests. Fill out a Facility Request form to book a space for your event, party or meeting, to request help from the Covenant Presbyterian Church kitchen, and to request childcare for your event or meeting.

Check Request/Reimbursement Form

Download and complete the TCS Check Request form to be reimbursed for your approved school event related purchases. Because The Covenant School is a non-profit, you should never have to pay sales tax when making purchases on behalf of the school and parent association. Please make your purchases with our tax exempt number.
