Admission for K - 6

Prospective parents applying for admission should:

  • Complete the admission application and return it with the $50 application fee to the school office.
  • Complete the Request for Records form and submit it along with the Student Recommendation Form to your child's current school. The Request for Records provides permission for your child's current teacher to complete the Student Recommendation Form and allows the school to send us transcripts and other pertinent school records.

When the file is complete, a representative of the school will contact parents to schedule a date and time kindergarten testing.  Testing for all other grades is scheduled on an "as needed" basis. When the testing and paperwork is complete, the admission committee will meet and then notify in writing regarding admission.

Children applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years old prior to September 1st.                                               

Covenant__MG_7698.jpgAdmission priority is given to active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church and siblings of current Covenant School students. In order to receive priority status as a sibling or church member, applications need to be submitted by December 31st of the year prior to entry.

The Covenant School admits students of any race, color and ethnic origin.

Tuition for the 2012-13 academic year:

Kindergarten through Sixth Grade Church Member $9,000

Kindergarten through Sixth Grade Non Member $10,000

*New families who sign contracts before December 31, 2011, will receive a 5% reduction in their 2012-13 tuition per child enrolled in grades K-6th.
