Physical Fitness
Kindergarten
The students will be concentrating on lower and middle body strength and flexibility. Students will also be focusing on spatial concepts as well as developing skills with the scooters and the parachute.
First Grade
Students will continue to learn about various muscles. They will also continue to develop locomotor skills and learn creative movements.
Second Grade
Second grade students will be developing basic motor skills such as kicking, catching, and throwing.
Third Grade
Third graders will become more aware of flexibility and strength. They will also spend time developing creative movements.
Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Grades
Fourth, fifth and sixth graders will develop volleyball skills. They will also continue to develop strength and flexibility.
